We use information you submit only to answer your inquiry and arrange the requested service. The Bounce website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

For questions about personal data processing or to exercise your rights, contact info@bouncedance.rs or teambuilding@bouncedance.rs. This policy applies to the Bounce Dance Academy website and the forms available on it.
We receive information directly from you when you complete the contact or team-building form or contact us by email or phone.
We use the information to answer inquiries, recommend a suitable program or package, prepare a team-building proposal, arrange a trial class, membership, workshop or collaboration, and maintain related business communication.
The legal basis is your consent, given by selecting the checkbox next to the relevant form. Where an inquiry concerns entering into an agreement or membership, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that relationship. Basic technical logs may be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in website security and proper operation.
Required information depends on the form. General contact requires a full name, email address and message. A team-building inquiry requires a company name, contact person, work email, approximate participant count, location and description of the desired experience. Other fields are optional. A form cannot be submitted without its required information and acceptance of this policy.
Information is accessible only to authorised association personnel who need it to respond. Hosting and email providers may technically process information to the extent necessary to operate the website and deliver the message, and information may be provided to competent authorities where required by law.
We do not sell information, disclose it to advertisers or use it for automated profiling. If a technical provider's infrastructure involves processing outside Serbia, appropriate safeguards and the applicable statutory data-transfer rules are applied.
Inquiries and related email correspondence are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless you request earlier deletion or the inquiry results in a membership, contractual relationship or legal obligation requiring certain information to be kept longer. Information is then deleted or anonymised. Technical server logs are retained only for the period applied by the hosting provider for system security and maintenance.
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 87/2018), you may request access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@bouncedance.rs. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal. We respond without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving a valid request, and may verify the applicant's identity.
The Bounce website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking tools.
The website currently loads fonts and technical libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. Their servers may receive technical information required to deliver those resources, such as an IP address and browser information, under their own privacy terms. When you follow a social-media link, you leave the Bounce website and the selected service's rules apply.
If an inquiry concerns a minor, the form should be completed by a parent or legal guardian, providing only information needed for our reply. Please do not submit health information, documents or other sensitive data through the forms.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including restricted access to business email accounts and a protected connection for delivering messages. We do not make automated decisions or profile individuals using information from the forms.
If you believe your information is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection through www.poverenik.rs, without affecting other available remedies.
We may update this policy when our processing, technical services or applicable rules change. The current version and its last-updated date are always available on this page.
