Choreography that changes character while keeping your voice.

Elegant · strong
Heels develops heel technique, body control, musicality and performance in parallel. It does not ask everyone to look the same; it gives you a foundation from which to build your own expression.
How we train
Before choreography, we train posture, balance, weight transfer, walking, foot positions, lines, legs, hips, upper body and transitions—the foundations of safer, higher-quality movement.
In choreography we work on dynamics, detail, musicality, space and intentional expression so movement feels controlled rather than mechanical.
You develop stability, coordination, lines, confidence in heels and greater trust in your own movement.
