Choreography that changes character while keeping your voice.

Controlled · strong
Strength is physical preparation adapted to dancers’ needs and the demands dance places on the body. It also suits those who dislike a traditional gym or want a structured complement to dance class.
How we train
We train the legs, glutes, core and upper body, joint stability, balance, coordination, control and endurance. Exercises are selected for how they support dance.
The focus is correct, controlled execution rather than maximum difficulty. The goal is steadier support, better control and a body better prepared to repeat demanding dance elements.
You develop strength, stability and endurance that support safer, higher-quality dancing.
